酒店位于紅谷灘區，屬于南昌新區，離秋水廣場很近，與滕王閣隔江相望。如果想要離景區近些，那還是住八一廣場的比較方便，當然喜來登樓下就有地鐵2號線，2號線轉1號線不到半小時就能到滕王閣和萬壽宮等核心景區，還是比較方便的。入住前客服MELODY就加了WX了解我對房間的需求，并且幫忙升級了江景房，整個酒店的服務員也都態度親切，但我還是想説，好歹是南昌TOP的五星級酒店之一，房間硬件到位但軟件怎么能這么簡陋，洗漱用品不提供潤膚露和刮胡刀也罷，我還是第一次見五星級酒店免費茶飲只有兩個茶包，連一個速溶咖啡都沒有的，小冰箱也是全空的，是怕客人喝了拒付款嗎？這點感受非常不好，希望酒店在細節上不要因小失大，白白流失喜來登的忠實擁護者。

The room has a large area, is clean and tidy, and the check-in process is fast and convenient Easy to communicate in English as a foreigner and staff is very friendly and helpful The front desk staff are enthusiastic and smiling, felt warm in a foreign land and helped a lot during the stay. Nice and comfortable. Sometimes being a westerner in China it is a little hard, but this hotel was good. The breakfast was also good, especially the coffee.

The front desk service is superb. On my check out date, I needed an extension of my stay and they immediately helped me to get it done. They also called house keeping to have the room cleaned and ready within half an hour. I will certainly stay in the same hotel in my next visit.
